Job Summary: The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share within the assigned territory for our semiconductor products. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales plan targeting semiconductor fabs, OEMs, and equipment suppliers.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Account Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the semiconductor industry.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to existing clients.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with engineering, product development, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
    • Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide customer feedback and market insights.
  • Reporting and Forecasting:
    • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance and inform management decisions.
    • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities and customer interactions effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry or related high-tech sectors.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • In-depth knowledge of semiconductor products and industry dynamics.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
    • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
