KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but not limited to:
- Incumbent will be a company technical resource, coaching and mentoring the engineering staff
- Assist the V.P of Engineering in establishing and driving strategy
- Work directly with Process and Quality engineers across the company to perform Failure Analysis, First Article runs, and initial part record set-up
- Work directly with Customers to solve problems
- Manage and execute engineering projects to advance differentiation and customer satisfaction
- Create and implement new processes using customer and company requirements
- Work directly and in cross-functional groups to create, address, & implement new policies and procedures

- Data collection, design of experiments and analysis
- Detailed knowledge of chemistries related to our processes
- Working knowledge of OEM specifications
- Deep knowledge and understanding of metrology inspection techniques
- Hands-on problem-solving style
- Customer and internal effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects or duties
- Technical writing – white papers to work instructions
- Knowledge of P&ID and hardware
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master or PhD Science degree in a related STEM field. Equivalent relevant experience may be substituted.
